LOGIC is an initiative of St John’s Parish Church Moira - it was set up in 2001, to build bridges between the church and the community - offering young people between the ages of 12 – 18 a safe and friendly environment in which to socialise, make friends, experience exciting new challenges and make the most of opportunities that are offered. LOGIC is run by a staff of committed Christian men and w

omen who have a heart for young people. The centre has 2 full size pool tables, Air Hockey Table, PS4– Nintendo Wii, TV, Music, a chill out area, games and a tuck shop, there are also a number of trips organized each month for those who attend. The aim of this project is to actively engage with the young people in the Moira area (aged 12 - 18) by giving them an alternative to the norm and allowing them the opportunity to direct their energy and enthusiasm towards something worth while and of meaning. LOGIC has a ‘Drop in’ style club which give young people the opportunity to meet in an informal atmosphere, make new friends, take part in a variety of activities and residentials as well as providing training in areas such as Personal Health, Personal Development and Leadership Skills. During the summer months it provides an extensive summer programme which includes Summer Schemes and a residential experience.

☕🍰 Coffee Morning Fundraiser – Supporting Our Hungary Mission Team

You’re warmly invited to join us for a special coffee morning in support of our upcoming Hungary Mission Trip! This is a great opportunity to come together, enjoy some fellowship, and support a team heading out to serve and share the love of Christ in Hungary.

There will be a fantastic selection of home baking, including cakes, traybakes, scones, and sweet treats, alongside tea and coffee throughout the morning. 🧁☕

Every cup, cake, and conversation will help make a real difference to the mission trip and those we’ll be serving.

Here's a short video showcasing some of the highlights from last Thursday's Lads' Only evening!

The boys enjoyed a great night together, starting with some football, plenty of laughs, and finishing off with some well-earned pizza. It was a fantastic opportunity to build friendships, have fun, and spend time together in a positive environment.

Thanks to everyone who came along and made it such a great evening. We’re already looking forward to the next one!

We had a fantastic evening exploring practical ways to manage stress and anxiety, with valuable insights, engaging discussions, and tools that can help young people navigate the challenges of everyday life.

A huge thank you to the team at Made for More for leading such an informative and thought-provoking session. We appreciate everyone who came along and contributed to a great night of learning and growth.

Coffee Morning ☕️
Saturday 20th June | 10am–12pm | LOGIC

We’re hosting a coffee morning to raise support for the Hungary Mission Trip 🇭🇺 this July. A team of young people from LOGIC are heading to Szarvas for a week to run a Holiday Bible Club and share the love and hope of Jesus with young people there. This is our second year running the trip, following on from how successful and impactful last year was.

We’re stepping out in faith, giving up time and comfort to serve, and we’d really value your support — financially or just by coming along for a coffee and a chat. Every bit helps make this mission possible 🙌
