An informal peer to peer chat meeting for people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, loneliness and isolation

We are setting up these informal meetings because we know how hard it is to find someone who understands when you are struggling and feeling very alone.

Come along to the Beach Hotel on Monday afternoons (2pm – 4pm) to meet Sandra and Lorraine.

Donations gratefully received to pay for the use of the venue, tea and coffee. We are volunteers so we are unable to personally cover the cost. Thank you.
