Build strength, confidence and resilience through fun, engaging calisthenics sessions 💪

But this is about more than exercise.

Alongside the sessions, young people will have the chance to help shape an exciting community idea: exploring how confiscated knives could one day be repurposed into outdoor street gym equipment, giving communities something positive in place of the harm caused by knife crime.

Through mentoring, leadership opportunities and co-design workshops, participants can help develop the concept and take ownership of healthier, safer spaces for young people.

🌍⚽ International Opportunities Through Sport ⚽🌍

The Swans Community Partnership is delighted to be collaborating with Sports 4 Change C.I.C to create meaningful international opportunities for students and community sports coaches — exchanging knowledge, culture and ideas through sport. 🙌
Our first stop? Nassau, Bahamas! 🇧🇸

Coaches from The Swans travelled to Nassau in partnership with Sports 4 Change, working alongside Skillz Soccer Bahamas to deliver football camps across the island, with a particular focus on growing the girls' game and creating more opportunities for young female players. ⚽👧

It's about more than coaching overseas — it's building lasting relationships, developing personally and professionally, and creating sustainable impact in the communities we work with. 🌟

🎾 From Insight to Impact: Beyond the Net

We’re proud to have been commissioned by the Lawn Tennis Association to help develop Beyond the Net as part of the LTA Serves programme.

This innovative toolkit helps coaches, youth workers and practitioners use tennis to explore resilience, relationships, positive choices and the challenges surrounding crime, violence and anti-social behaviour.

Designed for use across community, education and criminal justice settings, Beyond the Net demonstrates how sport can become a powerful vehicle for learning and positive change.

The resource is now approaching its national launch at the National Tennis Centre.

FREE Chi Me Session each week for the over 65s!

This gentle, specialist Chi Me (Tai Chi inspired movement) session is designed for 65+, and can be done seated or standing depending on your mobility and ability.

Whatever your starting point, there's a place for you here. 😊

Slow, flowing movements help to improve balance and coordination, ease joint stiffness, build gentle strength, lower stress levels, and support better sleep - all while calming the mind and connecting with others in a relaxed, welcoming space. 🌟

They are dedicated to harnessing the power of sport, arts, and education to drive positive, lasting change in people's lives-committed to inclusion, opportunity, and access for all.

🎾 Stay Steady, Stay Connected 🎾
FREE Fun 1 hour session of Walking Tennis & Pickleball each week for the over 65s!

The first session in our partnership with the Swans Community Partnership.
This specialist exercise session is designed for older adults, and anyone managing common health conditions, obesity, lower fitness levels, limited mobility, or recovering from injury or hip, knee, or shoulder surgery. Whatever your starting point, there's a place for you here. 😊

The sessions are all about empowering you to reduce your risk of falls, build strength, improve mobility and balance, and boost independence - while having fun and connecting with others along the way. 🌟
