💜 Giving back this International Women’s Day 💜

We’re proud to share that 50% of the funds raised from this year’s IWD MK 2026 event will be donated to the Keynes Community Foundation's Women’s Fund.

The Women’s Fund supports projects that empower women and improve the lives of women and children across our communities. Established in 2000, the fund helps create opportunities and strengthen support where it is needed most.

Through the fund, grants help to:

• Create opportunities for education and training, enabling women to gain new skills and return to work

• Support initiatives that ensure the safety of women and children

• Promote emotional and physical wellbeing

• Encourage artistic development and personal growth

By supporting IWD MK 2026, you are helping to create opportunities, safety and wellbeing for women and children in our community.

MK ACT provides safe accommodation, support and a helpline for those experiencing domestic abuse in Milton Keynes. Their services help survivors rebuild their lives, access safety, and move forward with strength and dignity.

By attending and supporting IWD MK 2026, you’re not only celebrating and connecting, but you’re directly helping local people affected by domestic abuse.
