We are on a mission to see India changed by the love of Christ!

Mission India's programmes—developed by Indians for Indians—benefit our network of indigenous ministry partners, draw on grassroots volunteers across India, and are available in 25 Indian languages. For each programme, we provide materials, we train partners how to use the materials, and we require partners to report back the results of the programme when it is completed.

Grieving is hard - being cast out from a funeral is even harder. Yet this is Rashila’s story.

She was raised in a family devoted to their mountain deities, but when she married a Christian man, she came to the saving knowledge of Christ. Sadly, Rashila has been mocked, shamed, and ridiculed for abandoning her previous deities and becoming a Christian.

Now, Rashila is in grave danger if she ever steps foot into her own village. Recently, Rashila’s father passed away, and she wasn’t even allowed to attend his funeral.

Despite these challenges, Rashila and her husband continue to praise the Lord and serve Him faithfully in the church.

India’s annual rainy season has caused unusually severe damage this year, especially in the past few weeks. Hundreds have lost their lives, while others are waiting for news on a loved one who’s still missing.

Meanwhile, families are dealing with the aftermath of flooding that destroyed their homes, local infrastructure, and crops.

Miracle Alert! Meet 13-year-old Jaskaran, whose life was changed by an incredible journey of faith. Despite battling a severe liver illness and facing financial struggles, Jaskaran’s life took a miraculous turn when he and his best friend, Rafia, joined their local Children’s Bible Club. Inspired by the stories of Jesus’ healing, he asked for prayer, and Jaskaran was completely healed -confirmed by medical reports! Now, Jaskaran is not only living a new life but is also on a mission to share his story with others.

Every time you reach someone in India with the Gospel, you open the door for their whole family to discover Jesus. Today, Leela follows Jesus because of a Church Planter you trained for ministry, and because of her faith, her children are changed for eternity too!

Do you need God to come through for you today? Maali can assure you that He really does answer prayer! Inspired by her Bible Club leader, Maali prayed that her mom would be healed from mental health problems.

Jesus worked a miracle: Maali’s mom got noticeably better! It’s incredible to see the ripple effect of an answered prayer. Maali, her parents, AND her grandparents all follow Jesus because of this miracle!

So today, we want to encourage you to boldly pray BIG prayers and ask that God will use the results to strengthen your own faith and the faith of those around you.

Who knew that learning to make pickles could change a life?! Dhevan’s wife learned to make pickles in a special training offered through the Adult Literacy Class you provided. When she started making the pickles at home and shared them with her neighbours, everyone raved about how delicious they were. Now, Dhevan and his wife no longer have to move to find work because they earn enough income from selling homemade pickles!

When you give to Mission India, you make disciples who make disciples! Punitha is a great example, and she’s had such a journey to get here: When she became a widow, she was viewed as shameful.

So, when the chance to gain dignity through education came, Punitha eagerly joined the Adult Literacy Class you sent to her neighbourhood and received salvation!

Over the course of the year, Punitha learned how to read, write, and do simple math. The most impactful part? The Gospel was shared in her Literacy Class and Punitha realised Jesus loves everyone, including widows-and she

Punitha’s life change didn’t stop there. As she grew deeper in her relationship with Christ, she was trained as a Mission India Church Planter! Now, she is a disciple, making more disciples!
