Give Something Back - Help Feed Refugees The Give Something Back campaign is a local volunteer run charity initiative with the aim of providing much needed support to refugees.

This year the campaign will have two main projects running alongside each other both supporting refugees. The first campaign is to purchase a number of essential food items in bulk such as rice, tinned food, water and milk. On Saturday 9th July a group of volunteers from our local community in Milton Keynes will personally deliver and distribute these items with the assistance of registered charit

ies currently working at the refugee camp in Calais. The amount we are able to source and deliver is dependent on the donations received. Please help us reach our target by donating to this worthwhile cause on:

You can also donate by texting GISB00 followed by £5 or £10 (for example GISB00 £10) to 70070. This is a free service offered by Vodafone and JustGiving.com. Our second campaign aims to deliver a number of essential non- food related items to the refuges. On Sunday 26th June a group of volunteers from the local community in Milton Keynes will gather to sort through all which will then be distributed to the refugees in the camp. The amount we can deliver will be limited by the number of donations we receive.

All followers, please help us make our next event at the KSI Muslim Community of Milton Keynes a success by attending our Visit My Mosque day on 5th February 2017, a day where we would like to welcome our local community into our Mosque to show you around and have a nice chat over a cup of tea. The Give Something Back team would like to offer our support to The Muslim Community of Milton Keynes (MKMA) (registered charity number 1121142) () in their campaign to collect dried food to be delivered to Syria.
