Dear Parents,
We have been made aware of issues with the Parentmail app, where some parents have been unable to book sessions and have been logged out of the app unexpectedly.
We have contacted Parentmail, and they are aware of the problem. They have escalated it as a high priority and are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
In the meantime, Parentmail has suggested using the web browser version of the platform as a workaround. This should allow you to continue booking sessions. If you are having problems doing this and require an urgent session, please email the office - [email protected].
