STORM WARNING ⚠️
To all our tenants, with the exceptionally strong winds currently being experienced please can you report any damage to fencing etc via the Maintenance line and we will endeavour to address any repairs as soon as possible.

Due to the risk to life any works cannot be conducted during the storm.
An assessment will be made on Monday by our fencing contractor and repairs scheduled.

Fancy Getting Involved ?

As some tenants may have noticed that maintenance services have been a difficult topic during the pandemic.

We are looking for volunteers to help assist in the arranging of maintenance related requests.

There is no need to be a committee member as this will fall under the supervision of the current maintenance team.
Any time no matter how small would be greatly appreciated.

Been a bit quiet lately, fed up of not being able to perform live, missing seeing people and jamming.

It has been necessary this evening to place signs on the gates of the communal gardens that read the following:

DUE TO THE CORONA VIRUS ONLY TENANT'S LIVING IN THE BLOCK ARE PERMITTED TO ENTER THE COMMUNAL GARDEN UNTIL LOCKDOWN HAS BEEN LIFTED.
THIS IS DUE TO GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES IN SOCAIL DISTANCING.
FAILURE TO IGNORE THIS WILL WILL RESULT IN FURTHER ACTION BEING TAKEN.
