Action Speaks Action Speaks c.i.c is a community organisation working within communities with the aim of empowering others to be the best they can be.

We provide sessions that cater for social, mental, emotional and educational well-being. We run a community cafe too.

Quiz and Spuds: 5.30pm - 7.30pm
Join us for a social evening of fun, laughter, jacket potatoes, quiz, and bingo

THURSDAY 26th MARCH:
Community Cafe: 9.30am - 3.00pm
last week of 'Warm Space' - Join us for FREE breakfast roll (one item: sausage, bacon or egg)

Board Games: 1 - 3pm
Come along for a relaxing time - ludo, dominoes, snakes & ladders, card games and more!

FRIDAY 27th MARCH:
Community Cafe: 9.30am - 3.00pm
It's the last day of 'Warm Space' - the sun is shining, Spring is here let's bid fairwell to another year of Warm Spaces!!!

Puzzles: 10.30am - 12.30pm
Join us for puzzles - jigsaw, crossword, sudoku, word search, number search or maze - whichever is your preference, we have got you covered.

Mosaic Workshop: 6.30pm - 8.30pm
Join us as we put together a masterpiece for our community garden - this is an opportunity to contribute to something for our community garden.

SATURDAY 28th MARCH:
Stretch and Connect: 9.30a.m - 11am
Let’s get those muscles stretching, relieving our body of the week's stress and tension.
