After a fabulous weekend with the Fete 🥳 we feel that has become a staple for the village community and the kids had a ball - once again thank you to all volunteers that helped which made this year possible.

We are at a stage where we can’t progress with the Fete unless we have more Volunteers for assistance especially on the day.

As a committee we would love this to be bigger and better and be supported by the community long term, however the stark reality is we can’t do this if we don’t have more members & helpers.

If we don’t get support & help we will be forced into the situation of not continuing. If you can offer any of this please please advise us, drop us a message or contact one of the committee.

Well that’s a wrap for 2026 apart from taking down the Marquee.

Thanks to everyone who attended & joined in, the weather was good 😎 and the drinks were flowing 🍹🍻

If you would like to join the committee & give us a hand in making this better each year then contact us.

Here are a few highlights (didn’t get chance to take many pics, if you have any please feel free to send them across 🤞)

Well tomorrow is the day!

May the sunshine ☀️ and everyone have a great day, however here are a few pointers that I feel will make your life easier:

Bring cash - no WiFi so stall holders can’t use card machines

Bring a chair or blanket to sit on

Remember your sun cream

Try to collect your belongs at the end of the day - lost property gets larger each year

Please put rubbish in bags that will be at most stalls

There is plenty of parking on the car parks - Free for tomorrow only

Have a grrreat weekend 😊🥳

Thanks to those who took the time to help out this evening putting up the marquee for the big day!

This year we have something different to drink 🥴

For those who want a sherbet or two, they are available and we have cocktails from Dub 🍸🍹🧉(don't mind if I do 🤣) as well as both the Cricket Club & Corinthians being open.

Hopefully this will encourage you to think that you can win the Tug of War!
