🐾 A small action can make a big difference.

Choosing to neuter your cat helps stop accidental litters, protects vulnerable kittens, and supports rescue charities working tirelessly to care for cats without homes. 😿

One simple step today can change countless lives tomorrow. 💜

We adore cats. We just don’t adore their little “gifts.” 💩

If your garden’s turned into the neighbourhood’s go-to toilet spot, you’re definitely not the only one — and your flowerbeds didn’t sign up for this.

The good news? There are kind, cat-friendly ways to stop cats using your garden as a litter tray — no stress, no harm, no awkward chats over the fence.

Because cats deserve love — just not free rein over your begonias. 😼🌿

📆 Today is. National Love your pet day…

Please comment with pics of your lovely pets 🤗

It goes without question how we love our pets but we couldn't do what we do without those who love the pets in their care as if they are their own before they find that forever home 🫶🏻

Amazing Foster carers 💜 Our branch is run completely by volunteers, caring for the cats in their home or pens in the garden - with commitment, dedication and support

You can support our work by making a donation - https://www.cats.org.uk/donate?b=186

🌍🐾 This Sunday is World Thinking Day! A global celebration for Girl Guides and Girl Scouts — a day to think about sisters around the world, celebrate being part of an international movement, and reflect on values like friendship, leadership, and service.

📢 Calling all parents and group leaders: Guides working towards the “I’ve been fundraising” badge could organise a simple DIY event — from a bake sale, boot sale, or sponsored challenge — and raise money for cats at the same time! 😻

It’s a fantastic way to link badge work with real community impact.

Although Cats Protection is a national charity, branches like ours are run entirely by volunteers and rely on local fundraising to support cats in our own communities 🐾

Big movement. Local volunteers. Small actions. Huge difference. ✨🐱

✨ Motivation Monday: let’s make this the year of meaningful impact ✨

This year, we’re feeling inspired and excited to connect with local businesses who want to make a real difference alongside us at Cats Protection in supporting local teams in your community 🤝

Across the region, our teams are looking for support — and if boosting your CSR goals, engaging your people, and giving back to the community are on your agenda, a partnership with us could be a brilliant fit 😊

If you work for a company looking to support a charity, there are so many ways your employer can get involved. From team fundraising and payroll giving, to donating a percentage of sales, volunteering days, challenge events like Tough Mudder, or regular online donations — partnerships can be shaped to suit your values and your team.

If interested in something more bespoke, we also run a range of events throughout the year that your business could attend, support, or sponsor. We’re always keen to work with new venues too, so if you’d like us to host a public fundraiser at your premises, Our local fundraisers would love to chat.

Whether you want to explore partnership ideas, learn more about our work in the South West, or you’re ready to get started (we love that energy ✨), drop us an email and let’s make it happen 🤗
