The ongoing conflict in Ukraine continues to leave displaced families without access to safe drinking water. Rotary Clubs in Arkansas, USA, wanted to help and contacted Rotary’s Water Survival Box charity in Midsomer Norton. Funds raised in America were used to purchase Grifaid Family water filters from the Safe Water Trust and transported overland to the city of Dnipro. This was the 16th consignment of aid consisting of 800 Grifaid Family Water Filters, each filter is designed to provide a family with 100 litres of safe drinking water every day for up to five years. The filters were distributed by the Rotary Club of Dnipro and the attached photo shows one of the grateful recipients. https://watersurvivalbox.org/
