🎺 Middleton Band Rehearsal Tonight 🎺

We're a little short on numbers tonight due to holidays and commitments and would love a few extra players to join us!

In particular, we're looking for:
• Cornets
• Euphonium
• Trombone
• Eb bass

Whether you're having an evening off, fancy a blow, or just want to come along for the evening, you'd be very welcome.

WHAT A NIGHT 🌟 Middleton Band had a fantastic day yesterday with completing 11 villages in Tameside!!

A huge thank you to all of our players, guests, and our fabulous guest Musical Director, Alan Hobbins , for delivering fantastic performances throughout the evening. Special thanks also go to our coach driver for getting us safely from village to village!

In preparation for the Whit Friday March Contests tomorrow, we are having a rehearsal at Jubilee Park this evening!!

We’ll be rehearsing our contest march at the park from around 8:30pm, everyone is invited to come and watch…!

The pub is right next to the park by the way! (We will be there after the rehearsal…!)

Middleton Band are deeply sorry to hear of the passing of a former MD of the band, Les Webb.
We send our most sincere condolences and thoughts to his family, close friends and his many banding friends at this very sad time.

Here's a video of Les conducting Middleton on a performance of ORB, winning best 2nd section and 3rd place overall at Hurst village.
