We are a Village Hall in County Durham UK run by Upper Teesdale Community Association which is a registered Charity (Number 1163307)

We're looking forward to seeing works recommence on site this week 🥳

Works have been delayed due to an issue with the mains power cable and the need to redesign foundations in line with ground conditions found when excavating. We're pleased to say we've dealt with those issues so can get started with groundworks again.

Soon the building form will start to appear on site and we can't wait!

🥳EXCITING TIMES AHEAD!....

The eagle-eyed amongst you may have noticed some 'things' appearing at the site of the former Village Hall

We're very excited to confirm that contractors have started on site, with set up and ground prep continuing this week, weather permitting🤞

Work is being phased, however we're over the moon to confirm that we do expect our new hall to open in 2026!🥳🥳🥳

We're planning more activity that will keep everyone up to date moving forward. In the meantime, if you would like to get involved, we'd love to hear from you. Just pop a message to this page or email [email protected]
