PARKINSON’S & NEUROLOGICAL WALKING FOOTBALL – SKELTON
Another great session today at Skelton Community Centre, delivered by Active ConneXtions CIC!
Today’s session focused on passing and moving skills, encouraging players to work on their coordination, balance, movement, communication and teamwork — all while enjoying the beautiful game! ⚽👏
Our inclusive sessions are about much more than football. They provide opportunities to stay physically active, build confidence, make friendships and support positive mental wellbeing in a friendly, welcoming environment.
💙 Our sessions welcome people living with Parkinson’s, neurological conditions and other mobility or balance challenges, alongside family members, friends and carers.
