Today's political developments will dominate the headlines, but for many of the people we support, the focus remains the same.

They need accessible services.

They need support when they're struggling.

They need opportunities to learn, work, socialise and belong.

They need a benefits system that provides security when needed and employment pathways that genuinely work for disabled people.

At The Glowsticks Project, we see every day the difference that early intervention, community support, understanding employers and inclusive opportunities can make.

Whoever leads the country next, we hope they recognise the value of investing in disabled people, families, carers and community organisations. These aren't costs to be managed - they're people with talents, ambitions and potential.

We will continue doing what we do best: creating opportunities, building confidence and proving that inclusion changes lives.

📦✨ Saturday afternoon treat-box magic! ✨📦

While most people are enjoying a relaxing Saturday, Mia and Brett have been hard at work creating these delicious handmade treat boxes, supported by Support Worker Bobby. 🍫🍪💚

Packed full of sweet treats and made with care, these boxes are another example of the incredible skills, teamwork and dedication our young people show every day at The Glowsticks Project.

From preparing and presenting products to working together as a team, opportunities like these help build confidence, independence and valuable workplace skills in a real-world environment.
We think they've done an amazing job - and judging by the contents, they're going to make someone's weekend very happy indeed! 😊
