Last autumn, we joined forces with Maggie's to support people at all stages of cancer treatment including once treatment has been successful.

When cancer treatment ends, it can bring up all sorts of feelings and insecurities. You may compare yourself to friends and family and feel like you’ve been left behind. These feelings are normal and our centre is a space where you can discuss the difficult emotions that can happen after cancer treatment ends. Just come in to Maggie's Middlesbrough to talk to us about any concerns you have.

We are now Maggie’s Middlesbrough 🧡
Our centre is now the 26th Maggie’s centre, and will be providing free expert cancer support to people living with cancer and those who love them.
Thank you to all of our supporters who have generously donated and volunteered with us over the years, we look forward to welcoming you into the centre and introducing you to our new Maggie’s colleagues.

We’re so grateful to our supporters who have generously donated, volunteered and supported the Trinity Holistic Centre over the years.

In October, we will become Maggie’s Middlesbrough and start providing free expert support for people with cancer. As a charity, Maggie’s does rely on voluntary donations and a large percentage of the funds needed to run Maggie’s Middlesbrough will be raised through community fundraising. Maggie's would love to talk to you about ways you can support their vital work, so please do just come in next month to discuss.

From October, we’ll become Maggie’s Middlesbrough. Maggie’s cancer centres are here to support anyone with a cancer diagnosis from the moment of diagnosis through to when treatment ends, for as long as you need. Maggie’s is also here to support friends and family with navigating life when someone you love has received a diagnosis, as well as offering bereavement support after someone sadly dies of cancer.

From October, we’ll become Maggie’s Middlesbrough. In the lead-up, we’ll be posting regular information about what Maggie’s offers to people living with cancer and those who love them.

Maggie’s was co-founded by Maggie Keswick Jencks who used her own experience of having cancer to create a new type of cancer care. The first Maggie's opened in Edinburgh in 1996, and there is now a network of centres across the UK and some abroad.

From October, our centre will become Maggie’s Middlesbrough, providing free support to people with cancer and those who love them.

Our Complementary Therapies team at Trinity Holistic Centre will now work for Maggie’s so you will still see the same friendly faces around the centre.

A big shout out to the wonderful Lymphoma Support Group, which is led by the lovely David and takes place here at the centre. They had a get together in the sun and have very kindly raised £250 to give back to the centre and support other patients. Thank you so much everyone 👏 x
