We are very sad to announce the passing of the lovely Carol Kidner, who many of you will know her as the Treasurer of the M.O.S.C for many many years. She leaves behind her husband Ken, daughter Alison, son-in-law Michael and family & friends.

There will be an announcement about the funeral in the Evening Gazette but the family are happy for me to share details here to as many Boro Supporters etc who knew and remember Carol.

The family are aware that due to Covid, many can’t attend the funeral so they are doing a drive by the stadium so that as many people can pay their last respects to Carol, ideally wearing something red. The funeral is Wednesday 4th November and they will be aiming to be at the ground around 12.20pm.

Copied from Billingham Banter Page - does anyone know Paul Murray?

Don't know if anyone on here can help. I'm trying to track down a guy from Billingham called Paul Murray. He's a Boro fan who went on a coach down to Reading for the match just before Xmas. Unfortunately the coach driver (the dad of a friend of mine) was involved in a very serious accident. Paul stayed with him whilst he was taken to hospital and then transferred to Oxford, missing the match. He stayed with Joe until the following morning, missing the family by about an hour. Obviously the family would like to get in touch with Paul to thank him. Thanks in advance

Hi All, as you may know we have quite a few Boro fans around the world, who are either ex-pats or national to whichever country they in. I am getting quite a few requests from Boro fans wanting to join up with others in their own areas. The latest being the Netherlands and Dubai. if you have friends/ relatives scattered overseas, please ask them to get in touch with me, and hopefully we'll get hem together with other Boro fans around them.
