It's time to kick off 2024 of TWP! Join us at the cosy & quirky Cafe Etch for an early evening Open Mic and share words that will nourish our resilience for the year to come.

We'd love to hear poetry and prose to energise us – uplifting, rallying, comforting and inspiring is what we're going for, whether that's your own work or maybe some words by a favourite author that you'd like to share. Sign up is on the door, three poems/five minutes max.

There will also be a swapsie table for any books you'd like to exchange and writerly shenanigans and games from our host, the ever-delightful Rue Collinge,
