INTRODUCTION: THERE IS A MAN GOD HAS BEEN BUILDING
There is a dimension of man that cannot be explained by education, intelligence, money, connections, personality or physical strength.
The Bible calls him “the spiritual man.”
Paul says:
“But he that is spiritual judgeth all things…” — 1 Corinthians 2:15
The spiritual man is not merely a man who goes to church.
He is not merely someone who speaks in tongues.
He is not merely someone who knows Bible verses.
The spiritual man is a man whose life is governed from the realm of the Spirit.
He does not merely live from what he sees.
He lives from what God has revealed.
He does not merely respond to circumstances.
He responds from divine intelligence.
He does not fight every battle.
He knows which battles are his.
He does not panic when the earth shakes.
He knows where his throne is.
“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed…” — Psalm 46:1–2
That is the mystery of REST.
Rest is not inactivity.
Rest is confidence in divine government.
Rest is when your spirit has become so settled in God that hell cannot manufacture panic in you.
1. THE SPIRITUAL MAN HAS ANOTHER SOURCE
1 Corinthians 2:12 says:
“Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God…”
There are two competing economies:
The economy of the world
and
the economy of the Spirit.
The world says:
“See before you believe.”
The Spirit says:
“Believe, and you will see.”
The world says:
“Fight for your position.”
The Spirit says:
“Know your position in Christ.”
The world says:
“Control everything.”
The Spirit says:
“Trust God.”
The world says:
“Run.”
The Spirit says:
“In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength…” — Isaiah 30:15
REVELATION:
Rest is not the absence of activity; rest is the absence of anxiety.
You can be physically busy and spiritually rested.
And you can be physically still while your soul is fighting ten thousand battles.
God is bringing His people into a dimension where their spirits are settled even when their circumstances are unsettled.
2. THE SPIRITUAL MAN DISCERNS WHAT THE NATURAL MAN CANNOT SEE
1 Corinthians 2:14:
“But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God…”
There are things happening around you that cannot be interpreted with natural intelligence.
Some battles are spiritual.
Some opportunities are spiritual.
Some delays are spiritual.
Some relationships are spiritual.
Some doors are spiritual.
Some instructions are spiritual.
And therefore:
A natural mind cannot successfully interpret a spiritual life.
This is why some people can look at the same situation and see completely different things.
Two spies saw Canaan.
Ten saw giants.
Joshua and Caleb saw a promise.
Same land. Different spirit.
Numbers 14:24 says concerning Caleb:
“But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him…”
🔥 DEEP INSIGHT
Your greatest advantage may not be what you know; it may be the spirit from which you interpret what you know.
A spiritual man sees beyond the obvious.
He asks:
“Lord, what are You saying?”
before asking:
“What is happening?”
3. THE SPIRITUAL MAN DOES NOT LIVE BY WHAT HE SEES
2 Corinthians 5:7:
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.”
The natural man says:
“If I don’t see it, it isn’t happening.”
The spiritual man says:
“God has spoken; therefore something is happening.”
This is why Abraham could leave his country without knowing the destination.
“By faith Abraham… obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.” — Hebrews 11:8
Faith is the currency of the spiritual economy.
You cannot enter supernatural rest while constantly demanding natural evidence.
Sometimes God will give you a promise before He gives you proof.
Sometimes God will give you a word before He gives you a way.
Sometimes God will give you an instruction before He gives you an explanation.
The spiritual man obeys God even when the map is incomplete.
4. THE SPIRITUAL MAN KNOWS HIS POSITION
This is crucial for Supernatural Enthronement.
Ephesians 2:6 declares:
“And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.”
Notice the language:
Raised.
Made alive.
Seated.
There is a progression.
You cannot properly reign until you understand where you are seated.
The enemy wants you to live like a victim while Christ has positioned you like a king.
You are praying from the earth, but your position is in the heavenlies.
You are looking at the battle, but God wants you to understand your seat.
🔥 REVELATION
The throne is not first a place you arrive at; it is a position you learn to operate from.
The spiritual man does not allow earthly circumstances to redefine heavenly identity.
When you know where you are seated:
You stop begging for what God has already given.
You stop fighting battles God has already won.
You stop chasing validation from men.
You stop allowing temporary situations to define eternal realities.
5. THE SPIRITUAL MAN UNDERSTANDS THE POWER OF REST
Hebrews 4:9–11:
“There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.”
Then verse 11 says:
“Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest…”
This sounds paradoxical.
Labour to enter rest.
What does this mean?
It means rest requires spiritual discipline.
You must labour to stop trusting yourself.
Labour to stop trying to control everything.
Labour to stop interpreting God through circumstances.
Labour to stop carrying burdens God never assigned to you.
Labour to stop living from fear.
Labour to believe the Word.
Labour to obey the Spirit.
Labour to surrender.
🔥 PROPHETIC STATEMENT
God is bringing you into a season where you will no longer have to struggle for what He has ordained for you.
What God has ordained will not require you to destroy yourself to obtain it.
There is a grace that causes things to align.
There is a grace that causes doors to open.
There is a grace that causes helpers to locate you.
There is a grace that makes you fruitful without unnecessary striving.
This is the Economy of Rest.
6. THE SPIRITUAL MAN IS LED BY THE SPIRIT
Romans 8:14:
“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.”
The greatest evidence of spiritual maturity is not how loudly you shout.
It is how accurately you are led.
Can God interrupt your plan?
Can God tell you “wait”?
Can God tell you “go”?
Can God tell you “don’t answer”?
Can God tell you “leave it”?
Can God tell you “be silent”?
Can God tell you “forgive”?
Can God tell you “move”?
Can God tell you “rest”?
And will you obey?
Because sometimes the greatest spiritual warfare is not casting out demons.
Sometimes the greatest spiritual warfare is obeying God when your flesh wants the opposite.
7. THE SPIRITUAL MAN DOES NOT REACT; HE DISCERNS
Proverbs 20:27 says:
“The spirit of man is the candle of the LORD…”
A spiritual man develops sensitivity.
He does not react to every provocation.
He does not answer every accusation.
He does not attend every argument.
He does not explain himself to everybody.
He does not chase every opportunity.
He does not open every door.
He discerns.
Jesus demonstrated this repeatedly.
There were times people wanted to make Him king, but He withdrew.
There were times people wanted to stone Him, but He walked through them.
There were times He answered questions.
There were times He remained silent.
Same Jesus. Different responses.
Why?
Discernment.
8. THE SPIRITUAL MAN HAS CONTROL OVER HIS INNER WORLD
Galatians 5:22–23 speaks of:
“the fruit of the Spirit”
and concludes with:
“temperance.”
Self-control.
The spiritual man is not controlled by every emotion.
Anger does not control him.
Fear does not control him.
Offence does not control him.
Envy does not control him.
Pressure does not control him.
The economy of rest begins when your spirit becomes stronger than your reactions.
🔥 FOOD FOR THOUGHT
If every negative word can destabilise you,
who is really governing you?
If every delay can make you panic,
who is really governing you?
If someone’s opinion can destroy your peace,
who is really governing you?
The spiritual man is governed from within by the Spirit of God.
9. THE SPIRITUAL MAN KNOWS WHEN TO BE STILL
Psalm 46:10:
“Be still, and know that I am God…”
There are battles you win by fighting.
There are battles you win by praying.
There are battles you win by fasting.
But there are battles you win by standing still.
Exodus 14:13:
“Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD…”
Sometimes your greatest act of faith is:
“I refuse to panic.”
Sometimes your greatest declaration is:
“God will handle this.”
Sometimes your greatest warfare is:
REST.
Because when you stop striving, you create room for God to demonstrate His sovereignty.
10. THE SPIRITUAL MAN KNOWS THAT REST IS A WEAPON
Jesus slept in a boat during a storm.
Mark 4:38:
“And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow…”
The storm was loud.
The disciples were afraid.
The waves were violent.
Jesus was sleeping.
This was not ignorance of the storm.
It was confidence in the Father.
Then Jesus arose and said:
“Peace, be still.”
The One who was resting became the One who commanded the storm.
🔥 REVELATION
There is a dimension of authority that is only revealed when your soul refuses to panic.
When everybody is shaking, the spiritual man remains established.
When everybody is predicting disaster, he listens for God’s voice.
When everybody is running, he asks:
“Lord, what is my instruction?”
11. THE SPIRITUAL MAN OPERATES FROM IDENTITY, NOT INSECURITY
1 Peter 2:9:
“But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people…”
You are not trying to become significant.
You are discovering what God has already deposited in you.
You are not trying to become spiritual.
You are learning to walk in the Spirit.
You are not fighting to become enthroned.
Christ has already seated you with Him.
Colossians 3:1–2:
“If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above…”
The higher your consciousness of Christ, the lower the power of earthly distractions over you.
12. THE SPIRITUAL MAN HAS ACCESS TO DIVINE SECRETS
1 Corinthians 2:10:
“But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.”
There are dimensions of God that cannot be accessed merely by intellect.
The Spirit reveals.
The Spirit searches.
The Spirit unveils.
The Spirit teaches.
The Spirit reminds.
John 16:13:
“Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth…”
🔥 PROPHETIC WORD
In this new season, may you receive instructions that will save you years of struggle.
May God reveal what you could not discover naturally.
May He expose hidden traps.
May He unveil hidden opportunities.
May He connect you with people assigned to your next season.
May your spiritual eyes open.
May your spiritual ears open.
May your discernment become sharp.
May confusion lose its voice.
May you know what God is saying per time.
13. THE SPIRITUAL MAN IS NOT CONTROLLED BY THE ECONOMY AROUND HIM
The world may say:
“There is scarcity.”
But the spiritual man remembers:
“The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.” — Psalm 23:1
The world says:
“Nothing is working.”
The spiritual man says:
“My God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 4:19
The world says:
“There is no way.”
The spiritual man remembers:
“I am the way…” — John 14:6
The world says:
“You are finished.”
God says:
“I know the thoughts that I think toward you… thoughts of peace, and not of evil…” — Jeremiah 29:11
🔥 DEEP REVELATION
You can live in a collapsing earthly economy without becoming bankrupt in the economy of heaven.
Heaven does not experience recession.
God is not running out of ideas.
God is not running out of provision.
God is not running out of opportunities.
God is not running out of helpers.
God is not running out of grace.
Your source is not the system. Your source is God.
14. THE SPIRITUAL MAN KNOWS HOW TO WAIT
Isaiah 40:31:
“But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength…”
Waiting is not wasting.
Waiting is preparation.
Waiting is alignment.
Waiting is spiritual strengthening.
Waiting is learning God’s timing.
Sometimes God delays the manifestation because He is developing the man who will carry it.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT
What if the delay is not denial?
What if God is protecting you?
What if the closed door is mercy?
What if the unanswered prayer is divine wisdom?
What if God is saying:
“You are asking Me for the blessing, but I am preparing you for the weight of the blessing.”
15. THE SPIRITUAL MAN BECOMES A THRONE FOR GOD’S WILL
The ultimate goal is not merely that God gives you a throne.
The deeper revelation is:
God wants your life to become a throne from which His will is expressed.
A throne is a place of government.
Romans 12:1:
“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice…”
When your body is surrendered,
your mind is surrendered,
your emotions are surrendered,
your ambitions are surrendered,
your resources are surrendered,
your gifts are surrendered,
your future is surrendered—
God can govern through you.
That is true enthronement.
THE SPIRITUAL MAN FUNCTIONS
A spiritual man:
1. HEARS
He is sensitive to God’s voice.
2. DISCERNS
He sees beyond appearances.
3. OBEYS
He acts on divine instruction.
4. RESTS
He trusts God’s sovereignty.
5. WAITS
He understands divine timing.
6. RULES
He governs his emotions, appetites and reactions.
7. REIGNS
He manifests God’s kingdom wherever he is planted.
🔥 THE GREAT TRANSITION
The Lord is moving His people:
FROM STRIVING → TO REST
FROM CONFUSION → TO DISCERNMENT
FROM REACTION → TO SPIRITUAL GOVERNMENT
FROM FEAR → TO FAITH
FROM BEGGING → TO AUTHORITY
FROM SURVIVAL → TO DOMINION
FROM EARTHLY CONSCIOUSNESS → TO HEAVENLY CONSCIOUSNESS
FROM RUNNING AFTER MEN → TO WALKING WITH GOD
FROM CARRYING BURDENS → TO CARRYING GLORY
FROM FIGHTING FOR POSITION → TO OPERATING FROM POSITION
🔥 PROPHETIC ACTIVATION
Place your right hand upon your heart and declare:
“Holy Spirit, awaken the spiritual man within me!”
“I receive spiritual sensitivity!”
“I receive spiritual understanding!”
“I receive spiritual discernment!”
“I receive grace to hear God accurately!”
“I receive grace to obey God completely!”
“I enter into the rest of God!”
“I refuse to be governed by fear!”
“I refuse to be governed by circumstances!”
“I refuse to be governed by the opinions of men!”
“I am governed by the Spirit of God!”
PRAYER POINTS
1. PRAYER FOR SPIRITUAL AWAKENING
Father, in the name of Jesus, awaken every dormant spiritual capacity within me.
Let my spirit become alive to Your voice, Your presence, Your Word and Your purposes.
In Jesus’ name!
2. PRAYER FOR DISCERNMENT
Father, sharpen my spiritual discernment.
Let me distinguish between Your voice and the voice of fear.
Let me distinguish between divine opportunity and satanic distraction.
Let me know what is from You and what is not from You.
In Jesus’ name!
3. PRAYER FOR REST
Father, deliver me from every form of unnecessary striving.
I receive grace to trust You.
I receive grace to wait.
I receive grace to be still.
I receive grace to rest.
My soul shall not be ruled by anxiety!
4. PRAYER FOR DIVINE INSTRUCTIONS
Lord, give me instructions that will change the trajectory of my life.
Speak, Lord.
Show me what to do.
Show me where to go.
Show me whom to connect with.
Show me what to leave.
Show me what to pursue.
Let divine instruction locate me!
5. PRAYER FOR ENTHRONEMENT
Father, establish me in the place You have ordained for me.
Every power resisting my divine positioning, be broken!
Every invisible resistance against my advancement, be destroyed!
Every cycle keeping me beneath where You have ordained me to stand, break now!
I arise into my God-ordained position!
6. PRAYER AGAINST SPIRITUAL BLINDNESS
Every veil over my spiritual eyes—
BREAK!
Every veil over my spiritual ears—
BREAK!
Every confusion around my destiny—
BREAK!
Every satanic manipulation of my discernment—
BREAK!
I receive light!
I receive understanding!
I receive clarity!
7. PRAYER FOR SUPERNATURAL PROVISION
Father, establish me in the economy of heaven.
Where there is scarcity, let supernatural supply arise.
Where there is dryness, let rivers flow.
Where there is limitation, let divine provision appear.
Let uncommon helpers locate me.
Let unusual opportunities locate me.
Let resources answer to divine purpose.
I will not lack what is required for my assignment!
🔥 FINAL PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS
I declare over you:
You are entering your season of supernatural rest!
The battles that have consumed your energy are coming to an end.
The cycles that have exhausted your strength are breaking.
The doors you have struggled to open, may God open by His own hand.
The things that have caused you sleepless nights, may God give you supernatural rest concerning them.
Your sleep shall be sweet!
Your mind shall be settled!
Your spirit shall be established!
Your discernment shall be sharp!
Your faith shall be strong!
Your prayer life shall catch fire!
Your spiritual eyes shall open!
Your spiritual ears shall hear!
Your hands shall prosper!
Your feet shall possess territory!
Your voice shall carry authority!
Your life shall carry God’s presence!
🔥 DECLARATION OF SUPERNATURAL ENTHRONEMENT
I declare:
I am seated with Christ in heavenly places!
I refuse to live beneath my spiritual position!
I refuse to be intimidated by earthly circumstances!
I am governed by the Spirit!
I walk by faith and not by sight!
I possess spiritual discernment!
I hear the voice of God!
I obey divine instructions!
I enter God’s rest!
I am no longer a slave to anxiety!
I am no longer a slave to fear!
I am no longer a slave to people’s opinions!
I am established in Christ!
I am rooted in the Word!
I am led by the Spirit!
I am empowered by grace!
I am positioned for purpose!
I am enthroned for kingdom influence!
I reign in life by Jesus Christ!
Romans 5:17 declares:
“…they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.”
I REIGN!
I RULE!
I ADVANCE!
I PROSPER!
I REST!
I RECEIVE!
I BECOME!
I MANIFEST!
I AM ENTHRONED!
🔥 THE FINAL CHARGE
People of God, hear me:
Do not leave this programme merely excited. Leave transformed.
Do not leave merely shouting.
Leave spiritually awakened.
Do not leave merely with prophecy.
Leave with instruction.
Do not leave merely looking for a throne.
Understand that Christ has already seated you.
Your assignment now is to learn how to operate from that position.
The world needs spiritual men and women.
Men who cannot be bought.
Women who cannot be intimidated.
People who cannot be manipulated.
People who can hear God.
People who can discern seasons.
People who can carry glory.
People who can enter rest while others are panicking.
People who can stand in darkness and become light.
People who can walk into chaos and establish order.
People who can enter a territory and bring the government of God.
THAT IS THE SPIRITUAL MAN.
And tonight, I declare:
MAY THE SPIRITUAL MAN IN YOU ARISE!
May your spirit arise!
May your discernment arise!
May your faith arise!
May your authority arise!
May your prayer altar arise!
May your kingdom consciousness arise!
May your divine identity arise!
May your capacity to carry glory arise!
And may you enter into a dimension of supernatural rest from which you will exercise supernatural authority.
For you are not merely called to survive the season.
YOU ARE CALLED TO REIGN IN THE SEASON.
For the Scripture says:
“…they shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.”
WELCOME TO YOUR SEASON OF SUPERNATURAL REST.
WELCOME TO YOUR SEASON OF SUPERNATURAL ENTHRONEMENT.
WELCOME TO THE ECONOMY OF REST!
IN JESUS’ MIGHTY NAME.
