Metheringham Fayre & Feast 2026, Announcement..

We have sent replies to stall holders, offering spaces. Please check your emails as we're still waiting on confirmation and payment from several people, who we have offered a space too.

We apologize that we cannot accommodate everyone, we have emailed some people to say unfortunately on this occasion we cannot offer a space due to already having a seller with similar goods. Those who haven't yet had a reply, it may be that I've popped you on the wait list, until I hear back from the current chosen list.

Good Evening,

For those who have received the application form and information for Metheringham Fayre & Feast.
Please double check before returning the form, so that it goes back to the right email address, as it differs from the one used last year.
Please also note that application forms must be filled in correctly. The system used this year, differs from last year.

Applications for Metheringham Fayre & Feast, Saturday 17th October 2026 from 2pm. Village hall stall applications are now open!

Please send us a direct message or email to [email protected] - to receive the information and application form.

PLEASE remember this information is for the VILLAGE HALL ONLY and the process this year differs to last year. If you are wanting a stall outside, please contact the Parrish Council.

Everyone MUST fill out an application form first. No guarantee spaces available. If your application form has been successful then you will be notified regarding payment and timings.

In the village hall we aim to have Craft stalls, Charity stalls, Village groups/societies/organizations, along side hot drinks, the village archives and much more!

Watch this space! We will soon be advertising the application details for Meg Fayre & Feast. This year the process will be slightly different to last year. All will be revealed asap, please bare with us while we finalise all the details.

*****IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT*****

Metheringham Fayre & Feast - Save The Date: Saturday 17th October 2026.

Although the outside stalls have announced the application process, the Village hall will NOT be taking in bookings until the END of June.

We will announce here with all the details on how to apply, Inc payments for a stall, in the village hall nearer the End of June.
This is because we get fully booked within a couple of weeks and volunteers haven't got the spare time until then, to take on the booking process.

We will be tightening down this year on replicate stalls. We ask that until it is announced, please be patient and do not message admin regarding having a stall.
