Heart react if you're ready for Spring foods! 💛 💜 💚

We are properly entering Spring now - and our plates are starting to look lovely and fresh.

🌷 If you're looking to start a seasonal eating journey, Spring is a great time to do it. Joining us in April we have:

- Radishes
- Asparagus
- Spinach
- Rocket
- Round lettuce

Alongside foods which continue to be in season like rhubarb, wild garlic and spring onions. 🥗

👧🧒 Open to all children aged 12 and under.

🖨️ You can print a sheet at home or pick up a copy from the Community Fridge during any open session from Saturday 28th March.

Please return completed sheets by Saturday 4th April.

Menston Community Fridge reopens tomorrow morning at 9am.

We have lots of 'Black Garlic' available. Who has tried it before?
