More of your wonderful knitted hearts are needed by The RUH Bath.
They are always so pleased with the ones you do 🩷❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜🖤🩶🤍🤎

Calling all knitters!

Compassion Memory Hearts are needed for RUH Bath Specialist Palliative Care Team. These memory hearts come in pairs, one heart is given to patients nearing end of life and the second heart is given to their family member as a comfort and to connect them when they cannot be together.

Thank you to everyone who has knitted for us from our last call out. We're incredibly grateful to all our supporters who take the time to hand stitch these comforting keepsakes. If you need a crochet pattern please email [email protected]
