This extreme hot weather has meant we’ve sadly had to cancel a couple of things at the hub this week ☀️🥵
But the upside? We’ve had extra time to sort through last week’s AMAZING donations and thanks to your generosity, we are now in a brilliant position with baby clothes 👶🤍
We will absolutely continue to accept clothing donations while we build up some back stock, but right now we are especially short on items for mum and everyday baby consumables.
We are currently in need of:
🧴 Toiletries & toiletry bags
🪥 Single-pack toothbrushes & toothpaste
🧼 Shampoo & shower gel
🤱 Breast pads & maternity pads
💨 Deodorant & hand sanitiser
As well as: 🍼 Nappies (Size 1 only)
🧻 Wet wipes
🧴 Nappy cream
🛁 Baby wash
☁️ Cotton wool
If you’re able to pop an extra item or two into your usual weekly shop, we would be so incredibly grateful 🤍

Asda Baby & Toddler event is currently on! Online and in-store... great deals on nappies, wipes and lots of other bits too! 🤍 If you're able to throw an extra item or 2 into your trolley - we would really appreciate it!

Our Hub is open on Thursday & Friday 9-1, so you can drop off anytime - no arrangement necessary. Stop for a coffee and soft play too!

We’re getting ready to launch Baby Basics 🤍
Before our official launch event in a few weeks, we want to make sure we’re ready to support families as soon as the very first referral comes in... and that’s where our amazing community can help.
We’ll be sharing an image shortly with a full list of items we are currently able to accept. At this stage, it’s really important that donations stick strictly to this list.
We have very limited storage, and some items, such as electrical goods, would need PAT testing, while larger items like buggies and cots require thorough safety checks. Because of this, anything not on the list is unfortunately not helpful for us right now.
By focusing on the items requested, you’ll be helping us respond quickly and safely to families in need from day one.
