It's our birthday, Scouts! 🎉 🥳 ✨

119 years since the very first experimental Scout camp pitched up on Brownsea Island, Dorset.

We’re so proud of everything our volunteers have done since then to give young people a place to belong. Thank you to you all! 🙌

Saddened to pass on the news of the sudden passing of our dear friend Pauline Pursey, a leader for many years and most recently ADC Cubs In Michelle’s time.

Honoured to have been invited along to MAST tonight to talk about the changes coming in and present a couple of awards.
Congratulations to Colin Jones on his Silver Acorn and Graham Hancock for a very impressive 60 years of service.
Massive thanks to all our MAST members for all they do for the District. BRAVO 👏

Well done to all those who paraded today, whether with the main parade in Chatham or at your own ceremonies or parades elsewhere, great to see Scouting represented across the Towns and peninsula’s.
