Full house today - some of the group were camera shy . A truly multinational meeting with Poland , Austria and Germany represented .

A huge thank you to Annette for her knowledge on ancestral astrology - what a fascinating and complicated subject .

So the lovely ladies from NHS occupational health popped in this morning for a cuppa and chat with our Wed morning group .

The occupational therapy team provide a service to support people to manage healthy aging and how we with a little help , you can make a difference to how you age well .

They can support you to live your life in a way that is important to you and be as independent as possible .

Sometimes you just need a reason to get out of the house, see some friendly faces and feel a wee bit more connected.

Our new chatty space is a relaxed, welcoming place to come along, have a cuppa, meet new people and enjoy some company — no pressure, no expectations and no need to know anyone before you arrive.

It’s open to anyone who isn’t currently attending our existing wellbeing group, so if you’ve been feeling a little isolated or would simply like to get out and meet more people locally, you’ll be very welcome. 💜

What an incredible wellbeing day . Lovely to see so many people and lots of new people who had travelled in .

Massive thank you to LP Therapies. Human, Equine & Canine Reiki, Shiatsu, Reflexology & Massage., May Riddell, Lucy’s Beauty Room , NNoy DDonna, Faz - The Spiritual Asian , Dionne Allan.

The workshops upstairs were awesome and the feedback very high . Downstairs were taster treatments , art , lots of cake and refreshments , games and much more .
