That's a wrap on MVT Mindful May

As May draws to a close, we wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who came along to our Mindful May programme — whether you joined us for one session or several.

This was our way of carrying forward the spirit of the Grampian Wellbeing Festival locally, and seeing the community come together across the month has been genuinely lovely. From singing and Tai Chi to cooking, flowers, games and good conversation, it's been a real reminder of how much wellbeing comes from simply spending time with other people and trying something new.

A big thank you as well to the wonderful leaders who ran sessions for us: Isobel Gregory Grandma Griggly seashore crafts, Eddie Coutts and Andy Ness Aberdeenshire Council, Pam Asthma and Allergy Foundation, Lorna FLORAL REQUEST, Dr Phil Neville Arthritis UK, Kirsty Musical seedlings, Jules Wyse (Wyse Nutrition & Pilates), Iain Matthew, Kathleen Reid@Maud Pleasure Park Committee, Annette from the Old Mart Cafe, Ellie from Old Mart Gym and all that have helped!
