Another great evening!
Our primary school finalists gave us an evening to remember with well rehearsed performances and bags of talent.

First place went to Meghan Arquillano Seno singing Always remember us this way by Lady Gaga

Second place went to Jack Intia with Don’t stop believing by Journey

Third place was given to both Una Lancaster singing Always Remember us this way and Varney Lewis with Riptide by Vance Joy.

Congratulations to all of the performers on the day.

Blackpool Music Service is proud to present the 2026 Choral Festival, taking place at the iconic Blackpool Tower Ballroom on Tuesday 16 June.

Join us for an uplifting and entertaining evening featuring talented primary school choirs from across Blackpool. Each choir will perform two songs, showcasing a diverse range of musical styles and genres, all delivered with enthusiasm and dedication. With special guests the BMS Contemporary Choir and also the winners of the Primary and Secondary schools Blackpool Sings Pop competition.

As this is a non-competitive event, you can simply relax and enjoy the celebration of young voices in a warm and supportive atmosphere.

BLACKPOOL SINGS POP!

Congratulations to our secondary school finalists for their amazing performances last night. Every single contestant blew us all away with so much incredible talent. The very difficult decision to select the top three was performed by Chrissie Mason who is a very experienced adjudicator and musician. A singer herself, Chrissie runs the Capricorn Singers competition choir.

Here are the very deserving winners;

1st Place – Alea Harris, Montgomery, Bring me to life by Evanescence
2nd Place – Lola Phillips, St George’s, Traitor by Olivia Rodrigo
3rd Place – Catalina Bellinetti, Unity, Risk it all by Bruno Mars
