Good morning all

I have to mention again bring to the attention of all that a small number of the community are gaining access to the MUGA with out paying for the use of the hire side.

The area is managed and look after by the committee for the community. We do this so there is a games area for all to use.

When it is left with gates being open and and broken we have to repair or take time away from our desks to resolve.

We ask that we all look after a great facility that we can all use with friends and family.

Good day to you, would you like to be part of the team here at the playing fields ?

We have one meeting per month and other smaller activities nothing that strenuous or challenging - promise.

We’re looking 👀 for people that are interested and happy to give their time to support the project and the community with the work that we do.

Drop us a comment and we’ll DM you back for a quick chat 💬 and about the details.

Look forward to hearing from some of you in the near future.

One last thought - all the work we do is for the community we all volunteer and try to ensure that this space and playing fields are here for the future and next generation.

Hello all, I have unfortunately have to post a picture of mindless vandalism to a community facility - the lock on the multi use games area has been broken as you can see.

The committee will get this repaired and secured as soon as possible.

The multi use games area is there for all to use an enjoy, yes it isn’t free as there are running cost and maintenance of the area.

While we not asking to find the individual or individuals that did this we would ask you all to be aware and be vigilant on behalf of the committee and the local community.

Good morning all 😀 we back now from holidays and the children are back to school….. did we all enjoy the summer?

Do we need to get back to being fit and enjoying our health and fitness?

Why not try the Multi Use games area - football ⚽️ tennis 🎾 netball 🏐 or maybe cross 🏋️.

We have floodlights so don’t worry when it starts to get dark you can still use this great area.

We have a great team of volunteers at the leisure park all here to ensure we have something for the future generations, we have improved the multi use games area improved parking.

We have Cranfield Ladies Netball using the games area regularly, and Growing Stars using the hall as a nursery group.
