Aldbourne Youth Council Aldbourne Youth Council Charity 1122143 (converted to CIO in 2017 1169711) formed in 2006 and has raised over £250,000 for projects in Aldbourne!

Aldbourne Youth Council is a registered charity and VAT registered. All monies raised go back into projects or activities that young people want to support or take part in. Adult trustees look after the legal aspects of the charity.

Hello everyone, we are excited to be hiring another youth worker for a couple of sessions per week!

This role supports the running of youth sessions for young people at Aldbourne Youth Club aged 10-18. Youth workers help to create a safe and welcoming environment for the young people to relax, learn and develop confidence.

You will always work alongside another youth worker during sessions.

Hours:

Monday: 3:15 – 5:30

Wednesday: 3:15 – 5:30

Total: 4.5 hours per week

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Note: This role requires a DBS check. All youth workers are required to follow our Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy.

If you are interested in supporting AYC in a voluntary capacity, please get in touch – we will be running a variety of different sessions – from arts and crafts to cooking. If you have a skill to share we would welcome your support.
