Our newest project is now finished and bookable on OSM (it’s free!). The Drey is primarily for Squirrels and Beavers as a shelter in a fenced area to keep them contained! And don’t worry if they can’t sit still, they can climb the walls! No Risk Assessment needed for the power tools, they’ve been removed. There is a generic one available on our website for the bouldering wall if you need it. (don’t forget if you are just coming for the day to also add day visitors to your booking)

We have made fantastic progress so far and thanks to some generous support, including local businesses, we are now within touching distance of our target.

With just over a month to go, we only have just £1485 left to raise to make this climbing wall a reality for the young people at Johns Lee Wood.

We have had a whole site booking cancel in March. 20-22nd March 2026 is now free if you are looking for a short notice camp for your group! Book now via

AGC & Walker The Walker and Gutteridge cabins are 2 separate cabins but can combine by an internal door to make one large cabin which can sleep 40 and seat 60 for eating. This is useful for big events or group camps. ****From the 1st January 2023 the price will increase to £150 per 24hr****

We have a trailer available to collect from Johns Lee Wood.

It’s open to any Scout group, and preferably it will stay within the Scouting community.

Great for camps, activities, and transporting kit.

In return, we’d welcome a donation to our climbing wall fund – there’s no fixed price, just whatever you can give to help us reach our goal.
