This time next week we will be heading off to Poole, for the first Torch Together holiday of 2026! We are so excited for the activities, talks and time we will get to spend together, and we hope the sun joins us too! ☀️

Is this you? - We are looking for someone to champion our Ambassador Programme, finding new ways to reach blind and partially sighted people with the resources and services we offer.

You would oversee the onboarding process for all volunteers, in conjunction with volunteer supervisors, and manage all volunteer processes, communications and recognition.

This is a flexible role, so can be homebased or in Torch House in Market Harborough, working alongside an amazing team of volunteers and staff.

At Torch, we’re passionate about enabling people with sight loss to encounter Jesus, grow in their faith and thrive in Christian community and accessible audio plays a huge part in making that possible.

This is a flexible, so can be homebased or in Torch House in Market Harborough working alongside an amazing team of volunteers and staff, combining organisation, creativity, technology and ministry in a really meaningful way.
