Wand practice shoot today. Quite a few hits and several misses.
If you are available and fancy a 'have a go' at archery then we are at Bosfest, Market Bosworth this weekend, 20th and 21st June. Why not pop along and have try.

Practice shoot. In the sunshine @ 60yds, 50yds and 40yds. Plenty of hits and plenty of misses also.

Longbow Taster Session and Training Course

We are planning on running a longbow Taster Session on 3rd May 14:00 - 16:00 . The cost for this will be £25.

If you enjoy the Taster, we will then be running training sessions on Sundays 10th May 14:00-16:00, Tuesday 12th May 19.00-20.30 and Tuesday 19th May 19.00-20.30

The cost for this will be £35. Completion of both the Taster Session and the Training Course gives you what you need to be able to shoot on the line with the club and allows you to apply to join the club.

All equipment is provided for these sessions and will encompass all aspects of shooting the longbow including Target and Clout shooting.

TT2 target shoot. Men shoot 80 yds and 60 yds. Ladies shoot 60yds and 50yds. Unfortunately only managed to shoot 6 end...

TT2 target shoot. Men shoot 80 yds and 60 yds. Ladies shoot 60yds and 50yds. Unfortunately only managed to shoot 6 ends as heavy rain stopped play. But we still managed to hit the target at the long distance. Spot the arrow in the air too.

Mad hatter shoot. 20 ends using 3 arrows per end. Winner of each end gets to wear the hat. Top scorer gets the trophy.
