🦸‍♂️ OLLY.....OUR UNDER 11 WHITE SUPERHERO! 💙⚽

Next up in our Meet Our Grassroots Superheroes series is the one and only Coach Olly – or as most of the team know him... Baldy.

Don't let the nickname fool you – behind the laughs is a coach whose commitment, loyalty and passion for our club shines through every single week. Olly is one of those people who's always there for his team, always ready with encouragement, and always puts his players first.

The Under 11 White squad has gone from strength to strength, and the development within this ever-improving group of talented youngsters has been fantastic to watch. The confidence, teamwork and enjoyment they show on the pitch is a real credit to the environment Olly has helped create.

Most importantly, he's built something that can't be measured on a league table – the respect and admiration of his players. They look up to him, trust him and know he's fully invested in helping every single one of them become the best they can be.

Whether it's celebrating a great performance, sharing a laugh at training or inspiring players to take what they've learned onto the pitch, Olly is the definition of a March Academy FC Grassroots Superhero.

Thank you, Olly, for your loyalty to the cause, your infectious personality and everything you do for our Under 11 White family. We're lucky to have you in blue and white! 💙

Next up in our Meet Our Grassroots Superheroes series are the fantastic coaching duo behind our Under 11 Blue team – Darren & Matty!🦸‍♂️🦸‍♂️⚽

These pair of 'Chuckle Brothers' have become an incredible force behind our Under 11 Blue team since stepping in and taking over the squad last season. The passion, commitment and enthusiasm they've brought to the role has been nothing short of inspiring.

The development of the players over the past season has been fantastic to see, and perhaps even more importantly, their love for our beautiful game continues to grow week after week. It's a credit to the environment Darren and Matty have created – one built on encouragement, teamwork, enjoyment and belief.

Our players are incredibly lucky to have two coaches who invest so much of their time and energy into helping them become better footballers and, more importantly, better people.

But their impact doesn't stop with their own team. These two are a real asset and blessing to March Academy FC, always willing to lend a helping hand wherever it's needed, supporting club events, fellow coaches and the wider football family with a smile (and usually plenty of banter!).

Thank you, Darren and Matty, for everything you do. Your dedication, commitment and passion embody exactly what grassroots football is all about, and we're incredibly proud to have you as part of our blue-and-white family. 💙

Our dynamic duo bring energy, encouragement and plenty of smiles to every training session and matchday, helping our youngest footballers build confidence, make new friends and fall in love with the beautiful game.

Every high-five, every word of encouragement and every celebration is helping create a fun, safe and welcoming environment where every child feels valued, supported and part of something special.

Together, Dan and Kirsty are doing so much more than coaching football – they're helping shape confidence, teamwork, respect and lifelong memories both on and off the pitch.

Next up in our Meet Our Grassroots Superheroes series are the fantastic coaching duo behind our Under 11 Girls – our very own Dynamic Lee-duo! ⚽💥

With Lee & Lee on the touchline, every session is packed with encouragement, energy and plenty of smiles. There are plenty of laughs, endless encouragement and a shared passion for helping every player grow in confidence, develop their skills and enjoy every minute of football. Together they're creating a team, a family and frienships, where every player feels confident, supported and excited to pull on the March Academy FC shirt.

Whether it's celebrating a brilliant goal, offering words of encouragement after a tough moment, helping players bounce back after a tough moment or passing on their football knowledge, they're showing exactly what grassroots football is all about. Creating a fun, welcoming environment where every player belongs, these two are helping inspire the next generation of girls' footballers.

From West Ham dreams and Forever Blowing Bubbles to passing on years of football knowledge and seeing smiles light up on a Saturday morning, their enthusiasm is infectious and they both have one thing in common – they're passionate about helping our girls grow on and off the pitch.
