Wow. We would like to say a massive thank you to RKA K1 Kickboxing & Muay Thai Academy student Kiera who did a sponsored swim, swimming 2km in open water and raised an amazing £515 that she has donated to our charity.
Thank you so much and congratulations on such an amazing effort and an outstanding time too.

So what have we been upto?
Obviously we don’t post many photos etc on this page due to the fact of protection of the children we are working with.
This year alone we have helped over 65 young people and stacked up over 700 hours of work with the young people we are supporting.
This is done with very limited funding and most of the hours are supported by coach Stu.

One of our students at our main academy is doing a sponsored swim in August and has decided to donate the funds raised for this to our Glove Up charity. Sponsor forms are in the main academy so if you would like to support please drop details on the form.

Absolutely awful news.
We work tirelessly to help young people in our community and to show them a different route in life.

We are a self funded charity and we receive limited funding for the work we do. But we want to reach as many young people as we can to make that difference, to ditch the blades and step into the gym and give them a different lifestyle.

Help us spread the word. Knifes don’t make us hard. They don’t make us gangsters. They ruin life’s. Let’s make a stand, protect our young people in our community. And again we will have a no questions ask amnesty box at our main academy RKA and you don’t have to be a member to drop in and see us. Any weapons handed in will be done in strict confidence and passed to the appropriate authorities at Fenland Police via ourselves.

Wow what a session at Olive Academy.
New lad, never met someone with that much passion. The lad has a future 100%.
Love doing this project. When you get to meet someone like this today it’s a reminder of why we do this.

Starting in July.
Apologies in the delay as we had loads going on in the background and we are pleased to announce that as of the first week in July we will be starting our 2 new sessions.

Monday afternoon's will see our new young person open clinic and Wednesday morning's our adult wellness sessions.

Apologies for the delay on updates.

Unfortunately as I’m sure you are all aware, my dad sadly passed away on the 24th April unexpectedly and my mum deteriorated very quickly and passed away on the 5th May.
We have their funeral next week and some time to evaluate and then we will be back to speed.

We can confirm we have some additional funding in the process whilst we have been away.

From Monday 16th we will back to it with our outbound visit to The Olive Academy and we will also have a drop in clinic on a Monday from 4pm to 5:30pm at the main gym at RKA where you can come in, hit the bag, do some padwork or just have a chat and rage.

We will be running some workshops over the summer period and will be doing some outside ones and have plans to be present at West End Park and setting up for some open forums and speak to both the young people in our community to see what we can help them with and also older people in the community too.
