With school holidays looming, and as we all know the Children seem to have to eat 24/7 when they are home.

I found some really simply recipes with cheap ingredients an certainly the muffins and sprinkle cake can be frozen. Always good to batch bake before the holidays to keep costs low.

Make a packed lunch up each day for them to stop the grazing also helps.

We are looking for a refrigerated unit or an insulated unit for our Community Fridge - does anyone know where we can get one for a cheap/reasonable price.

If we find one not local is there anyone that would be willing to help us collect it (for free or diesel)

Wondering what you can do with your children on a Sunday morning.

Junior Parkrun is such a positive experience for kids — they get exercise, have fun, and are cheered on every step of the way by wonderful volunteers

Results are now out for today’s event. Well done to all and thank you to the volunteers.

I just came across this receipe - not sure what it would taste like but hey it uses up a lot of bananas and we do usually have an abundance of them.
