We had a great session tonight! Had a laugh doing ‘try not to laugh challenge’ getting soaked 😆 we experimented using an egg and sparkler (it went all the way through the egg!) 🥚 had a play on the field ⚽️ and played some card games 😋 we started decorating our plaque for the mission hall as well!

We are in Bilsthorpe at Cromford Road Park doing some detached work - we are recruiting for our youth club as we will be coming and delivering Playscheme activities (funded by HAF) in Summer throughout the school holidays for both Seniors & Juniors at Bilsthorpe Young People’s Centre ☺️🙏

Tonight at youth club we celebrated Mother’s Day by creating paper flowers 🌹 and cards 💌 for our mums 👩🧑

🌼 Rainworth & Blidworth March & April 2026 Senior Youth Club Timetable 🌼

We are having a break from youth club and running Playscheme from 31st March - 9th April which opens longer hours and offers more activities like trip days 😊

We have lots of fun activities, games & crafts available - all for FREE!

Sessions are for ages 12+ (Yr 7) every Tuesday & 1st Friday of the month during term time!

Tuesdays: 5pm-7pm ⏰
Fridays: 6pm-8pm ⏰

Friday sessions are held at St Andrew’s Mission Hall, and Tuesday sessions are held at The Social Action Hub 🏘️

Tonight we celebrated black history month by creating beautiful dresses and creations like Dolce & Gabbana and we cooked some delicious fufu 😆 with some Jamaican snacks like plantain chips 🇯🇲

We learned about the great historic black figures and the different inventors in the past and present 😊

Everyone had a fantastic time at Go Karting! School holiday funnnn 🥰🙌 we got suited and booted for 2 races which we all completed with super speed - well done everyone!

We are so grateful for funding we received to support the trips we’ve held over the past few days and to support young people over the holidays with enriching activities and food 😊
