👻🎃 Girls for Girls – Halloween Crafts! 🕷️🧡

Last night at Girls for Girls, we explored the topic of stress and how it can affect everyone differently. 💭💗

We discussed what stress can look like in different people, including how it can affect our behaviour, bodies, thoughts and feelings. 🧠💬 We talked about recognising the signs of stress and understanding that everyone experiences it in their own way. 💕

After our discussion, we got creative and made some spooky Halloween decorations to brighten up the centre! 👻✂️ The girls made hanging ghosts, Halloween bunting, paper spider webs and spooky skulls. 💀🕸️

A big well done to everyone for getting involved, sharing ideas and showing off their creativity! 🧡✨

Girls for Girls is all about creating a safe, supportive space where young people can talk about their mental health, learn new coping skills and have fun together.💗🌸
