Tonight our Cubs went a bit choco mad. Thank you to Maggie for arranging things for the session. We also invested three new members; Gia, Teddy, and Kashif.

Why do we Scout?

Thankyou so much for this. She masks so much of her behaviour and often hides behind a smile. She was super nervous at home but when she started joining in I wanted to step back and encourage her independence. When she got back to the car she told me how much of an amazing time she had and she was so proud of being able to be like everyone else.

So thankyou to you all for making that possible - leaders and children 🙂

What a great night. We went up to the local playing field for some games and blew off some steam. Tonight was particularly about inclusivity and ensuring everyone could be involved..what a star Arrie was!!

Today is Armed Forces Day, giving us all an opportunity to show our support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community. We’ll be thinking of serving troops, their families and loved ones and veterans and cadets across Britain and the world.

We also remember the sacrifices made by our veterans, and we honour all those who have paid the ultimate price in defending our nation.
