A great day at the gym: Fundraising for the Masonic 2029 Festival !
On a memorable day at Mansfield’s Anytime Fitness Gym, cycling enthusiasts from both the Saint Peter’s Lodge and Nottingham Rotary came together for an extraordinary fundraising event. The occasion: a 12 hour cycle relay marathon in support of the upcoming Masonic 2029 Festival.
The relay marathon was meticulously arranged by the cycling members of both organisations, demonstrating remarkable camaraderie and teamwork. Over the course of 12 hours, sixteen dedicated riders took turns in the saddle, maintaining a continuous cycle marathon throughout the day.
Thanks to the collective effort and determination of everyone involved, the event surpassed all expectations. Together, the participants managed to raise in excess of £3,000 for the Masonic 2029 Festival, a significant contribution that will support the festival’s charitable aims and community initiatives.
