At Brunts Chambers - 36 Leeming street. Mansfield town.

A big shout out to our two housekeeping team, Claire and Kelsey who yesterday gave our completed retail unit a good clean down, ready for marketing and renting out soon.

An amazing opportunity for any business wishing to set-up in Mansfield as this premises sits at the top of Leeming street within a grade II Listed building built back in the 2nd World War and has recently undergone a full refurbishment which has been funded to the sum of 1.5 million via the Brunts Charity Trustees and Townscape Heritage Lottery fund (320k) which covered, replacement roof, lead works, pointing, front/back sash windows, and complete replacement of all shop windows which were taken back to their historical design.

Internally, Brunts Charity, have completed a full shop refit on both ground and basement floors, where electrics, heating systems, ceilings and new kitchen and toilets have been installed and within the basement the whole floors and walls received a professional tanking system, prior to adding new ceiling, lighting, walls, fixtures and fittings and full decoration throughout.

Anyone interested, should contact our agent, at โ€˜John Sankeyโ€™sโ€™ Lettings: (01623 859 111) as it is anticipated that this property will be snapped up quickly. ๐Ÿ˜

We canโ€™t wait to see this beautiful space now utilised and over coming weeks/months, we hope to share the new venture who has chosen to invest in Mansfield and bring new opportunities to our town. ๐Ÿ‘

๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง Today marks 82 years since the D-Day landings. This day saw a turning point in defeating the N***s, as troops carried out a successful allied invasion of the beaches of Normandy.

To all those who lost their lives fighting for others, and to those who lived on bearing the scars of the Second World War, thank you. โค We must never forget their sacrifices.

At The Patchills: And it just doesnโ€™t stop ๐Ÿ›‘ as we continue with our major capital project, where our residents flats complex is recieving a new roof, faciaโ€™s, guttering and insulation.

Today, bright and early a lorry pitched up and dropped of pallets of roofing tiles.

The contractors are doing a great job, stripping the old roof, replacing felt and battens and arenโ€™t hanging around, especially as weโ€™ve had decent weather recently; their now adding the new tiles and will then complete the whole building in sections over coming weeks - we look forward to sharing the progress and finished job. โœ…๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿซก๐Ÿ‘
