🌿 Simple ways to manage stress:
✅ Take 5 minutes to breathe – slow, deep breaths can calm the nervous system.
✅ Move your body – a short walk or stretch can boost your mood instantly.
✅ Talk to someone you trust – sharing how you feel can lighten the load.
✅ Set small, realistic priorities – focus on what truly matters today.
✅ Take regular breaks – rest is productive.
