We often hear about people having to sacrifice food owing to the cost of living and it’s honestly heartbreaking.

Our & organising teams ended a busy week with an amazing day today meeting passionate people in Harpurhey & Hyde.

It was a pleasure to meet with Alison from Hyde Together who told us all about upcoming plans for Hyde town centre and Gee Cross Village - bringing communities together and improving the health & wellbeing of local residents. We wish you guys all the luck in the world and look forward to seeing the plans in action!

Thanks also to CGL Manchester for showing us round your amazing Harpurhey Hub. What an amazing place and from speaking with those who use the hub, such a needed and loved service. Amazing staff, fantastic space … can’t wait to return!

Huge appreciation to for meeting with us this morning to discuss the GM Living Income Campaign and the difference this could make in his constituency and across the GM region.

We too are appreciative of the support from and former Mayor PM .burnham throughout the past few years.

Campaigns like this, designed to change the system and make lives better take an army of people from all corners of our community … parliament, local authority, charities, community groups, residents and followers….each is equal and our respect and thanks for each of you is huge. Together we can do this.
