👟🏃🏃🏽‍♀️CHORLTON RUNNERS AGM and AWARDS🏆🏃🏽‍♀️👟

🗓️The Annual General Meeting of Chorlton Runners will be taking place on Monday, 13th July, 18:45 at Firswood Scout Hut, 186 Kings Road, Old Trafford M16 0EL.

As per the constitution, committee roles are elected on a two-year term.

We'll be celebrating all of our members with this year's Chorlton Runners Awards!

Congratulations to the latest Chorlton Runners Couch to 5k parkrun cohort who graduated from their nine-week programme at Alexandra parkrun today.

We're delighted to see how far you've come and we hope you enjoy your running long into the future.

The group at parkrun were joined by club members, including a number of their leaders who kindly offered their time on Tuesdays and Sundays - special thanks to Paul for organising another successful programme.

We hope to be back in the autumn with another Couch to 5k, but in the meantime do contact us if you are running roughly this distance - our club runs offer a wide variety of paces and distances including a Couch to 5k progression group.

▶️We'll be following the NHS C25K app plan, with subsequent runs every Tuesday at 6:45pm & Sunday at 9am 🟢

The third run each week of the plan will be completed individually.

C25K Graduation 👨‍🎓 is set for Saturday 23rd May (location tbc!)
