Do you ever wonder what being a member of a Women's Institute is like?
Well here's an insight...
Yesterday 27 of our members came together to enjoy a brilliant Agatha Christie inspired afternoon tea at The Upper Rooms in Cheadle Village.
They enjoyed brilliant food, great friendships and even a mystery to be solved!
Each person adopted a "character" and questioned the other people on their table! Some of the sponge cake saboteurs went un-detected, others were exposed by the excellent sleuthing of their table-mates!
It was a wonderful afternoon!
If this sounds like the sort of fun you'd like to get involved in... head on down to Cheadle and Gatley Women's Institute! We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, at Cheadle Social Club. Arrive from 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start!
Visitors welcome for £5, which includes tea and cake (of course! 😋)
