College of the Third Age

College of the Third Age Founded in 1989, we offer activities & social events for retired and semi-retired people over 50.

College of the Third Age is a voluntary group with charitable status, run by and for people over the age of 50. We run classes, activities & social events for this age group at the lowest possible cost. We are a self-supporting organisation with no financial help from the council or education. The administration and all the running of C3A is done by volunteers, and as we have a sizeable membership

this is no easy task, and it is thanks to these volunteers that we are able to exist. Many of our classes are also run by volunteers which helps to keep our running costs as low as possible.
