The first was a small carrier bag of baby grows, that soon became a box, then a bin bag, then a door stop and now a health and safety hazard. The second, trailing around the Trafford Centre looking for clothes that I liked, that could be both practical but pretty, didn't say I love my daddy (whats wrong with your mummy?) or have so much netting and layers I felt like I was dressing a ballerina. So
here I am, and here is what I do...
Baby Dresses
Handmade dresses. If you can provide me with some measurements I will tailor the dress to meet the size of your baby. Although I have put a few examples online, get in touch and l will do my best to produce a unique item for your little lady. Dresses are available in 100% cotton, with either a fleecy or cotton lining. A dress is £15 + delivery - by post or person

Memory Blankets
For 2 months I have packed all my daughters baby grows in to a charity bag, and grow by grow taken them back out again, "she came home in this, she sat up with that on, she smiled in that" etc, etc! So I decided to chop them up (that was a tough moment!) and make a patchwork quilt. It takes up a lot less space, although I have had to buy a new door stop, and she can use it in the future for those sicky days and cold days when you just want to sit and watch a dvd (I'm thinking she will be about 15 when she actually sits still long enough to watch a dvd). Pack up your childs babygrows, send them to me, tell me what you want (size, colours, patterns etc) and I will produce your own memory blanket for your family. So on your childs 18 birthday you can get it out and point out that they had an accident on their Nanna in that one - and other embarrassing stories. A blanket is £40 + delivery - either by post or in person
