Following Jesus Christ and building faith. At Good Fruit Heritage, we are dedicated to promoting and preserving the rich heritage of communities through inspirational testimonies, storytelling events, educational studies and workshops. Group rules from the admin

The purpose of the group is to honour God the Creator and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and to promote edifying fellowship to support each other.

1. Be kind and courteous

We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.

2. No hate speech or bullying

Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things such as race, religion, culture, gender or identity will not be tolerated.

3. Respect everyone's privacy

Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group.

4. Stay on topic - the biblical fundamentals of faith which is the gospel of Jesus Christ. Everyone may hold different eschatology views. This group will not tolerate Sacred Name Movement themes because this group accepts that people are on a journey of learning about the name of God and the life of Jesus Christ.

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ HEALING OR DELIVERANCE? HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU NEED? ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ๐Ÿ‘‘

Many believers ask, โ€œDo I need healing or deliverance?โ€ ๐Ÿค

The truth is that sometimes we need one, and sometimes we need both. โœจ

๐ŸŒฟ Healing is often Godโ€™s work of restoring wounds of the heart.

๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ Deliverance is Godโ€™s work of bringing freedom from spiritual bo***ge and oppression.

๐Ÿ“– Psalm 147:3
โ€œHe heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.โ€

๐Ÿ“– Luke 4:18
โ€œHe has sent Me to heal the brokenheartedโ€ฆ to proclaim liberty to the captives.โ€

๐Ÿ”ฅ SIGNS YOU MAY NEED HEALING

๐Ÿ’” Deep emotional wounds from past pain
๐Ÿ˜ญ Unresolved grief
๐Ÿค Rejection and abandonment wounds
๐Ÿ˜” Difficulty trusting others
โšก Constant fear from past trauma
๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ Lingering bitterness or unforgiveness

Healing addresses what wounded the heart.

๐Ÿ“– Ezekiel 36:26
โ€œI will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you.โ€

๐Ÿ”ฅ SIGNS YOU MAY NEED DELIVERANCE

โš”๏ธ Persistent spiritual oppression
๐Ÿ˜” Patterns you continually struggle to break
๐Ÿ˜จ Intense fear or torment
๐Ÿ•ธ๏ธ Strongholds that seem to keep you bound
โšก Repeated cycles of destruction despite sincere repentance

Deliverance addresses what seeks to keep a person in bo***ge.

๐Ÿ“– John 8:36
โ€œIf the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.โ€

๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ Sometimes a wounded heart needs healing.
โš”๏ธ Sometimes a captive area needs freedom.
๐Ÿ‘‘ Sometimes God brings both healing and deliverance together.

The goal is not simply relief.
The goal is wholeness in Christ. โœจ

๐Ÿ“– 3 John 1:2
โ€œBeloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.โ€

๐Ÿ™ STRENGTH PRAYER

Father, search my heart and reveal every area that needs Your healing and every area that needs Your freedom. Heal what has been wounded. Restore what has been broken. Break every chain that does not come from You. Fill me with Your peace, Your truth, and Your presence. In Jesusโ€™ name, Amen. ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ๐Ÿค

๐Ÿ”ฅHIDDEN IN HIS STRENGTH DECLARATION๐Ÿ”ฅ

๐Ÿ‘‘ Jesus is my healer.
๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ Jesus is my deliverer.
๐Ÿค My heart is being restored.
โš”๏ธ Every chain is broken in Christ.
โœจ I am walking in freedom.
๐Ÿ”ฅ I belong to Jesus.

๐Ÿ“– Isaiah 61:1
โ€œThe Lord has anointed Meโ€ฆ to bind up the brokenhearted and proclaim freedom for the captives.โ€

๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ The same Jesus who heals the broken heart is the same Jesus who sets the captive free.

Both John 8:51 and John 11:26 feature Jesus offering an identical promise to believers: the assurance that they will never experience death.

The Verses

John 8:51: "Very truly I tell you, whoever obeys my word will never see death."

John 11:26: "And everyone who lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?"

The Meaning

Biblical scholars emphasize that Jesus is not referring to physical death, as believers still experience the decay and passing of the mortal body (as seen with Lazarus in chapter 11). Instead, these verses carry a profound spiritual meaning:

Spiritual & Eternal Life:

The "death" being bypassed is the second deathโ€”eternal separation from God. For those who accept Jesus, physical death is merely a temporary sleep, as they have already crossed over into eternal life.

The Resurrection: In the immediate context of John 11:25-26, Jesus declares โ€œI am the resurrection and the life,โ€ meaning that for believers, death loses its sting and physical separation from God is rendered entirely broken.

Keeping His Word: In John 8:51, Jesus highlights that experiencing this eternal deliverance requires taking His teachings to heart and maintaining faith in Him.
