Have Your Say: Tenancy and Estate Management Survey

We're reviewing how we manage your tenancy, your scheme and your neighbourhood — and we want your feedback to shape it.

Take the survey now: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/6qcpkyh7Ye?origin=lprLink
(takes about 10–15 minutes)

Why we're asking
This year, tenants have told us a lot — through our 2025/26 Tenant Satisfaction Survey, our Annual Complaints and Service Improvement Report, and a scrutiny session with our Tenant Quality Panel in June. A few themes kept coming up:

- The standard of grounds maintenance, cleaning and window cleaning
- How clearly we communicate about contractors and what to expect from them
- Whether home visits feel helpful and supportive
- How anti-social behaviour is handled

We're now reviewing our Tenancy and Estate Management Policies, and this survey is how a much wider group of tenants — not just those who come to panel meetings — gets to shape that review.

🗣️ You said, we did
Some things have already changed because of feedback tenants have given us:
- You said contractor work was inconsistent → we did reinstate annual contractor performance appraisals and introduce monthly scheme walkabouts.
- You said communication about contractors was unclear → we did start sharing cleaning and grounds maintenance schedules, so you know what to expect and when.
- You said our Tenant Quality Panel felt too formal → we did relaunch it as Tenant Voice, with a simpler way to get involved.

📄This survey is the next step. It asks about the specific things tenants have raised — from fly-tipping and bin cleaning to the frequency of home visits and how well we close the loop on your feedback.

What's in it
The survey covers:
1. Your home and neighbourhood
2. Estate and neighbourhood management (inspections, grounds maintenance, fly-tipping)
3. Home visits
4. Repairs advice and contractor communication
5. Cleaning and window cleaning
6. Anti-social behaviour and feeling safe
7. Communication and accountability
8. Your top priorities

There's also a short, optional section at the end to help us check services are working equally well for everyone.

🏆Prize draw🏆
Everyone who completes the survey — online or by post — before 15th September 2026 will be entered into a prize draw for one of five £30 shopping vouchers.

Your answers are confidential

Responses are reported anonymously and only ever shared as a summary. We'll publish what you told us — and what we did about it — on this website and in the tenant newsletter, in a future "You Said, We Did" update.

Prefer to complete it on paper?

A postal version of this survey, with a freepost return envelope, has also gone out to all tenants. You only need to complete it once — by post or online.

We want to make sure the information we share with you is easy to find, easy to understand, and available in the ways that work best for you.

🌟 Great Day at the Moss Side Together Festival! 🌟

We had a fantastic time attending the Moss Side Together Festival, meeting with our tenants, residents, and members of the wider community. It was wonderful to connect with so many people, listen to their experiences, and celebrate the strength and diversity of our neighbourhood.

Events like these highlight the importance of working in partnership with local organisations to create thriving, inclusive communities where everyone feels valued and supported.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to chat, as well as our partner organisations for their ongoing collaboration and commitment to making a positive difference.
