We now have a number of spaces for families to come along on a Wednesdays between 11am and 4pm to join our Pantry Scheme.
It’s £5 per year to join and then you can do a weekly shop for £7.50. Along with everyday staple foods, we offer fresh fruit and vegetables and toiletries.

We also offer if available, a free ready meal, free cat/dog biscuits and free Gail’s bakery items.

So come along on a Wednesday and join. Check us out on our website.

Thanks for all your suggestion about the coffee. We have now donated it to 2 charities and a few people popped into
the Foodbank today for a couple of packets.

This coffee was donation by a Thai company and we have about 15/18 boxes left with about 40 packets of coffee in each box.
It’s ground coffee for cafeterias, or you can grind it more for filter coffee or just put 2 teaspoons in a cup and water, leave for 2 minutes and strain. **the date in this coffee is June 2026 but it has an extension date of PLUS 3 years**

We have managed to donate about 30 boxes of this coffee but nobody want the rest.
Please if you know of a charity organisation, that could use some or all of this coffee, we would love to give it away.

** We are taking it all to the tip next Saturday if it’s still in the shop as we need the space **

On our Pantry Scheme, we don’t just give out food and fresh vegetables, you also get a toiletry item of your choice.

Our Pantry Scheme is £5 per year to join, then you can do a weekly shop for £7.50 and you get approx. £16 worth of goods.

We also give out a free ready meal, free Gail’s cakes and sourdough bread and free cat or dog biscuits. This is on top of your weekly shop.

So if you live in M16, M20 or M21 come along and join. We also do a disabled delivery service.

Blue Cross - Pets at Home Summer Event.

Blue Cross UK - Summer Appeal starts next week and will run from the 10th August to the 31st August.

They are looking for in store donations of their Pet parcels.
Cat parcel:
12 x 100G PAH Adult meat in gravy plus
1 x Pickles chicken treat
Dog parcel:
3 x PAH chicken Ali tray pate 300G
1 x Twister in chicken 8 pack

A great cause and it has benefitted many families with pets at local foodbanks.
