We are not interested in your career, only in your opinions on Football Banter. If there is something you wish to post on the page that is not classed as football banter, privately message the page and make a request. A decision will be made at the RMFB admin team’s discretion.
#2: Trolling will not be tolerated. A perfect example of this is death mocking, such as bringing up the Munich Air Disast
er, or Hillsborough when it is being referred to in a derogatory manner. You will either receive a warning or be removed without warning, at the discretion of the RMFB admin team.
#3: If a member personally attacks another member with words that are harmful, threatening or not in-line with our mutual respect policy, that member will receive a warning. You will only receive ONE warning about this. The second time you will be banned.
#4: Racism, homophobia, xenophobia, ethnocentrism and sexism will not be tolerated. At RMFB admin’s discretion, dependant on how serious we view each individual case, this will result in a warning or permanent removal from the group. You will only receive one warning if you are not removed first time. The second time, you are out!
#5: Please stick to the purpose of this Facebook group. Irrelevant content does not belong here, it belongs on other pages. Religion is a prime example of this.
#6: Do not post graphic or disturbing photos, videos and other media in this group. If you are not sure about the content that you want to post, message the page first and ask.
#7: Libel. We will try and monitor libelous comments as best as we can, but it’s impossible for us to see everything. Just be careful and don’t get yourselves sued or locked up. Libel can be both a civil wrong and a criminal offence, dependant on what is written. If you do not know what libel is, please read this definition: “A published false statement that is damaging to a person's reputation; a written defamation.”
#8: If someone mentions you by name please respond directly to that person on the same post. If the comment is inflammatory please report it to the group admins.
#9: Think before you post! This is Facebook, one of the biggest sites on the internet – what goes up can never really come down. Respect the privacy of others!
#10: ALL RMFB admins are entitled to deny entry to any member they choose. They are also allowed to remove members that don’t comply with our rules. We always discuss this with each other and have our reasons for doing so. This will be respected by all.
#11: If you feel an admin has acted in an inappropriate way, message the page and we will happily discuss any issues you have privately.
#12: Posts made by an individual admin is the expressed opinion of that individual admin, and may not necessarily reflect the opinions or views of RMFB.
#13: This page is strictly for people over the age of 16. RMFB cannot verify the age of every new member, and will hold no responsibility for people under the age of 16 viewing age inappropriate content. You have been warned.
